By accessing or using the OneStopSite 88x31 Button Editor, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using our services immediately.
2. Use of the Editor
Our application is designed to help users create 88x31 pixel art badges, retro buttons, neocities templates, and personal web graphics.
- • You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to use the editor for personal, indie, and commercial projects.
- • You may upload custom images, edit layer values, add frame delays, and compile animated GIFs.
- • You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any images, icons, or assets you upload to the canvas.
3. Creative License and Ownership
We do not claim ownership of the graphics or badges you produce. All buttons, animations, and icons created using OneStopSite belong to you.
You are free to share, copy, modify, distribute, or display your custom buttons on personal sites, neocities profiles, geocities directories, or commercial blogs without attribution to OneStopSite, though a retro link exchange back to us is always appreciated!
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the editor to create content that:
- • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or promotes hate speech.
- • Infringes on the intellectual property, copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of any third party.
- • Attempts to inject malicious code, attack our domain, or disrupt site performance.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
OneStopSite is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the reliability, uptime, accuracy, or suitability of the editor.
We do not guarantee that the editor will be completely error-free or that saved templates in your LocalStorage will persist indefinitely. We highly recommend exporting your layout templates as JSON files to secure your progress.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall OneStopSite, its founders, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our site editor, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to internet utility tools, without regard to conflict of law principles.
